  • STAR WARS: ROGUE ONE: This is a SPOILER FREE Zone, but we have to say the reviews are through the roof. Ryan gives a nice review of how it was shot.
  • WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: Manchester by the Sea starring Casey Affleck and the Will Smith-led Collateral Beauty are the only other new movies this weekend. Also, Solace which is receiving 24% on Rotten Tomatoes.
  • FAST 8: FATE OF THE FURIOUS: This is the franchise that keeps on going, as Vin Diesel and crew return for another movie. This one features Charlize Theron and a submarine.
  • STAR TREK DISCOVERY: We've finally learned the lead for this new series will be The Walking Dead's Sonequa Martin-Green. In addition, the formation of the Klingon Empire could be a plot point.
  • SNEAKY PETE: A new trailer has come out for the Bryan Cranston Amazon project, starring Giovanni Ribisi as a criminal that owes Cranston money.
  • GODZILLA and PACIFIC RIM: The titles and the release dates of the sequel films have now been made public, including a change of a previous rumor.
  • MARCO POLO: Much to Greg's dismay, Marco Polo has been cancelled by Netflix. Should there be a spin-off though?
  • GOTHAM CITY SIRENS: Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn will lead this DC movie. We also have some character/casting rumors about who will be joining her.
  • DUNKIRK: Christopher Nolan goes dark, with the true tale of the 1940 WWII Dunkirk evacuation of allied soldiers.
  • ALAN THICKE: Sad news of the passing of Alan Thicke, but we did find out more about his surprising music career.
  • AMAZON GOES GLOBAL: Amazon's streaming service will now be in over 200 countries. Are they primed to challenge Netflix?
  • THE OA: We're not sure what to think of this new mysterious Netflix series, but we'd love to hear your opinions.
